My journey into entrepreneurship didn’t begin in a boardroom — it began as a teenager helping my father with bookkeeping and marketing in our family business. That’s where I first learned that behind every successful business is structure, discipline, and someone willing to serve with excellence.

I went on to spend more than 20 years in the financial services industry — working in call centers, bank branches, and eventually in fully remote roles. I advised small business owners on banking, lending, investments, and insurance. I mentored students preparing for their careers. And throughout it all, one thing became clear to me: growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when the right systems and the right people come together.

When the world shifted during the pandemic, I was asked to mentor two virtual assistants supporting a real estate business. What I thought would be a short-term favor became a turning point in my life. I saw the power of virtual support — not just as remote work, but as a platform to create opportunity, structure, and sustainable growth for business owners and remote workers alike.

That vision became Money Garden.

Today, I lead a mentorship-backed virtual assistant ecosystem built on three words: Delegate. Scale. Grow. We don’t just provide virtual support — we cultivate winning solutions to help business owners reclaim their time to lead and grow — while creating meaningful earning opportunities for remote professionals around the world. 

What began as my dream to serve from anywhere in the world has become a mission to help others grow theirs — because when businesses are supported with clarity and accountability, manifested dreams become inevitable.
