My name is Abdullah Aumeer, the Cantiguan Nomad, and founder of Money Garden — a global virtual talent network.

Nomad’s Academy is an online learning environment offered by Money Garden, developed with the intention of bringing together like-minded individuals who seek to fast-track their careers as Remote Workers, Freelance Virtual Assistants, or VA Agency Owners.

I’ve been down this road myself for many years. I’ve worked remotely since 2010 in various roles and in business ventures of my own. Prior to that, I spent several years managing business outsourcing projects in the call centre environment. Most recently, during the COVID pandemic, I took a bold step and launched my own Virtual Assistant agency.

I’ve worked remotely as a lone wolf within a corporate setting. I’ve worked remotely as part of a team. I’ve run my own small business virtually. I’ve supported other business owners. And I’ve coached and supported both remote workers and clients as the owner of an agency.

I am you.

In addition to this, my 20+ years of experience as a financial services professional in Corporate Canada has given me further insight into the needs of everyone from start-up small business owners to complex departments in large banks — and everything in between.

TO THE GARDEN!

What started out as a part time job to help out a friend during the Covid-19 pandemic, has now blossomed into a full-service, business process outsourcing platform.

Here is a little bit about me, Abdullah Aumeer, the Cantiguan Nomad and founder of Money Garden:

My professional career started in the late 1990s as a financial services professional. That is when my love for serving others in a professional capacity first sprouted. Over the years, I have worn many hats working for different banks - and also independently as a financial consultant for individuals, families and small business owners.

Now, I have found a way that has allowed me to recreate my career and reinvent myself professionally – providing business, professional & financial consulting, but in the context of a background support person. In other words, I now earn a living by serving others and winning when YOU win.

Supported by an outstanding team of diverse professionals from different ages, genders and ethnic backgrounds, I am now proudly serving my clients and my team from wherever I can open my laptop, turn on my phone and connect online as a global Virtual Assistant.

My professional dream has come true, working in my Money Garden.
