REAL ESTATE VA (REVA) 

This Real Estate VA (REVA) role is a hybrid specialist combining both Inside Sales and Customer Service expertise.  Whether you are a solo agent, team leader, office manager or broker owner – the Real Estate VA will be your trusted right-hand to execute all tasks related to new prospects or existing clients in your database.

• Converting leads into scheduled appointments 

• Creating and following up reminders with important prospects and clients 

• Assisting with planning and organizing Open Houses 

• Executing offline marketing drip campaigns to prospects and clients in the database 

• Data mining, data migration and data analysis task for prospects in the CRM 

• Coordinating lead conversion activities aligned with online lead generation or other lead generation campaigns 

• Following up with external vendors and partners to complete administrative tasks 

• Data analysis, data tracking and reporting of key metrics related to daily operations of the business
