The Inside Sales Assistant (ISA) is all about Lead Conversion.   The ISA is your expert to support your team in all matters related to appointment booking, appointment follow up, database mining and more.  

Simply put, the ISA is there to convert leads into appointments.  

 

The duties of the Inside Sales Assistant (ISA) could include the following:

 

• Outbound calls to prospective clients

• Inbound calls for customer service and other inquiries

• Inbound & outbound follow up by email and text

• Manage the daily appointment calendars

• Database mining for new prospect opportunities

• Support the sales team as needed for follow up prospective client needs

• Daily, weekly and monthly activity tracking and reporting
