FINANCIAL SERVICES UNDERWRITER (FSU) 

The Financial Service Underwriter (FSU) is a non-sales/support function.  The primary purpose is to support real estate brokers and mortgage brokers by providing customer service follow up, data collection & data entry, liaise with financial institutions, administrative tasks, workflow & performance tracking/reporting and more. 

 
 

• Read and respond to emails and text messages 

• Inbound/Outbound phone support 

• Follow up social media inquiries 

• Appointment setting and confirmations 

• Preparing quotes and illustrations 

• Data entry and indexing credit applications 

• Archiving completed files for compliance & audit 

• Support marketing and lead generation campaigns
