CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (CSA) 

The Customer Service & Admin assistant is a non-sales/support function. Consider adding this role as an addition to your team for handling daily mundane tasks so you can focus your time and energy in the areas where your business needs you the most.   

 
 

The CSA is your dedicated and detailed-oriented team member to add value to your team in the following areas: 

  • Handling inbound calls from existing clients to provide routine customer service follow up 

  • Support the sales team by making outbound calls for routine customer service follow up 

  • Support the marketing and sales teams to manually send birthday/anniversary/holiday greeting cards, newsletters, etc 

  • Respond to customer & prospect inquiries received by text or email 

  • Support the team by managing important documents in the online (Google Drive) library 

  • Support the sales teams in their deal-flow processes for following up prospects and clients as needed 

  • Interact with third party vendors and external partners to follow up inquiries as needed
